The
staff starts with a meeting at
5:30
on the first day of camp which is usually Sunday (supper is at
5:00 PM
).
The campers arrive at
6
P.M.
Program staff (lifeguards, music director, nature director, sport/activities
director) will have some check-in/set-up duties at
6 PM
while counseling staff greets campers. For Sunday, the rest of the
schedule looks like this:

Elective Skills Choice #1 Group A/Personal Devotions for Group B
(Note:
The camp is divided into two groups during the four hours of elective skills.
The Program staff teaches all four hours of electives skills (W/M director only
does two hours for most weeks), while the counseling staff handles team sports
and personal devotions. When their kids go to elective skills, the
counseling staff has free time. Depending on the number of campers,
some weeks the program staff teaches three of the four elective skill hours).
